Rates
On-going coaching: $300 per month
Includes four 45-minute sessions per month and email contact between calls. (I ask for a 3-month commitment at the beginning so that the coaching has a chance to go somewhere. After that it is on a month-to-month basis. The first month we only meet three times: once for 1 1/2 hours to kick off our relationship, and then two 45-minute sessions.)
Coaching Capsules: $100 each (capsules are 45 minutes)
Also available are four capsules for $350, or eight capsules for $650. (Coaching capsules are good for one year from date of purchase.)
